Mirror Lake Inn is situated on eight beautifully landscaped
and manicured acres with 1/8 mile of pristine lake front in
a convenient location one block away from the unique, quaint
shops on the village Main Street (which traverses the
property). The Resort is a wonderful place for family
vacations or romantic getaways. The Inn has five lodging
buildings. Two are on the lake side of the street with the
private beach and boathouse in between and three are on the
Main House side of the street. Lodging in Guest Rooms range from luxurious Placid suites, to spacious lakeside, lakeview, or mountainview rooms, to the comfortable and homey Colonial rooms. In addition to the The View, the Spa/Salon, and state-of-the-art meeting and reception rooms, the facilities include tennis, private sandy beach, heated indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, whirlpool, boating, kayaking, fishing, nearby golf, and in winter, private skating rink, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and nearby downhill skiing. Mirror Lake Inn is conveniently located on Mirror Lake, just
one block from the village. What is especially nice about
this location is you can easily leave the Mirror Lake Inn
and one way will take you around Mirror Lake (a nice walk of
2.7 miles passing by the Lake Placid Marina) and the other
way will take you past all the quaint shops on Main Street
Lake Placid all within walking distance. |
